BY-LAWS - of - SUN VALLEY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

GENERAL

Section 1. Name.
The name of the corporation shall be SUN VALLEY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ("Sub-Association").

Section 2. Principal Office.
The principal office of the Sub-Association shall be 6001 West Boynton Beach Blvd., Boynton Beach, FL 33437 or at such other place as may be subsequently designated by the Board of Directors. All books and records of the Sub-Association shall be kept at its principal office.

Section 3. Definitions.
The Definitions adopted in the Sub-Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of SUN VALLEY P.U.D. I, SUN VALLEY I-A and SUN VALLEY II ("Declaration") shall apply to these By-Laws, except where these By-Laws provide otherwise.

Section 4. Sub-Association.
This Sub-Association operates autonomously pursuant to the Sub-Declaration and adopts, and operates in accordance with these By-Laws of this SubAssociation.
