The within Sub-Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions relating to the single family residential portion of the Sun Valley P.U.D., is hereby approved by the Company: Sun Valley Equities Corp., a Florida corporation, and by the Master Association: Sun Valley Community Master Association, Inc., a non-profit Florida corporation; each of which has joined in the execution thereof to evidence their respective approval and consent as more particularly recited within the foregoing SubDeclaration; and they do, jointly and severally, grant to the Sun Valley Homeowners Association, Inc. the exclusive use of the Common Areas, open spaces and Common Property within the Plats described in the Sub-Declaration, for the use and benefit of its Developer and Members.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Company and the Master Association have caused this Approval of, Joinder in and Consent to, all the terms and provisions of the foregoing Sub-Declaration, to be executed on December 13, 1986.
