The Sub-Association shall be authorized to enter into agreements for installation, operation and maintenance of cable, satellite and television and other signal distribution systems.
Section 1. The agreements may provide for bulk service to units or other basis within the Sub-Association board of directors' discretion.
Section 2. The charges and expenses for the agreement shall be collectable as part of the annual assessments.
Section 3. The Sub-Association's board of directors may grant easements across and within the Property to implement such agreements.
